As a Nurse Independent & Supplementary Prescriber I offer face to face consultations and prescription Treatments for non prescribing medics.
Before I can prescribe for you I will require a copy of your :
Registration number
Insurance
Training certificates

Unfortunately I do not prescribe for non medics in line with the Nursing & Midwifery Council guidelines.
I can travel to you depending on distance, however, I do ask for a minimum of 2 clients to consult and travel fees may be applied.
I offer an in clinic consultation Treatment for singular consultations, you are able to book your clients into my clinic and a prescription will be issued.
Fees:
1-5 clients £30 per prescription
6+ clients £25 per prescription

You may also add another non prescription product to a script for your client, for example fillers and skin boosters, free of charge. This will eliminate tax charges. Up to 2 additional items per full paying prescription.
